You won't find our team telling you exactly how to do it, instead we will give you the best information available and allow you to make the best decision with the information given. You will find our team sharing stories to help bring the content alive and into context. 

In each class you will find special adult learning tools to help you make the most of the materials in each class. In each class you will find:

• Class Objectives- this will be specific to each class but will help you understand what you will learn during the class. 
• KWLAQ Chart to record what you KNOW, what you WANT to learn, what you have LEARNED, what ACTIONS you'll take, and what QUESTIONS you still have. 
• BRAIN Decision Making Chart to help you process information when making decisions on everything from pain relief in labor to where you want your first postpartum meal to come from.
