Jacquie Biehl combines her academic background, passion for birth work, and extensive certifications to empower parents through education and support. Originally from Colorado and raised in Maine, Jacquie moved to North Carolina in 2009 to pursue graduate studies in Romance Studies and teach French at Duke University. After the transformative birth of her first child in 2014, she redirected her career to focus on helping families during one of the most important times in their lives.

Jacquie trained as a professional birth doula with DONA International and became a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator (LCCE). She also holds certifications as a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), American Heart Association Certified Basic Life Support (BLS) Instructor, and Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST). Drawing on her teaching experience and her hands-on expertise as a doula, Jacquie has supported hundreds of families in the Triangle as a childbirth educator, doula, and support group leader.

Her mission is to empower parents with the knowledge and confidence to make informed choices, ensuring their families feel safe, healthy, and well-supported.

When Jacquie isn’t teaching or supporting growing families, you’ll find her enjoying outdoor adventures with her two energetic kids and her giant rescue pup, exploring new brunch spots, taking weekend getaways with her husband, or finding quiet moments to read or craft.
