Is the Nurtured Nest childbirth course specific to UNC Rex?
Nurtured Nest is the trusted online childbirth education source for UNC Rex Healthcare, and portions of the course were filmed at their Holly Springs location.
That said, the course is designed to prepare you for labor, birth, and postpartum in any hospital setting — so you'll feel confident no matter where you deliver.

What's the UNC Rex discount?
As a UNC Rex patient, the two core courses — Childbirth and Baby's First Year — are $149 each (everyone else pays $199). If you add any deeper-topic course to a core course purchase, it's $39. Bought on their own, those courses are $99. Or get everything in the Complete Bundle for $349.
Can I use HSA/FSA funds?

How long do I have access?
