A few details about what is included, how access works, and how families use the Complete Pregnancy & Baby Bundle.
What is included in the Complete Pregnancy & Baby Bundle?
The Complete Pregnancy & Baby Bundle gives you access to a full online parent education library for pregnancy, birth, postpartum recovery, newborn care, feeding, sleep, safety, CPR, development, and family support through your baby’s first year.
It includes 20+ hours of expert-led content, 200+ bite-size lessons, and 80+ downloadable resources, including guides, checklists, provider question sheets, birth planning tools, feeding tools, sleep tools, safety guides, milestone resources, and trusted resource lists.
How is this different from buying one childbirth class?
A childbirth class usually focuses on labor and delivery. This bundle includes birth preparation, but it also continues into the parts families often need help with after baby arrives: postpartum recovery, newborn care, infant feeding, sleep, CPR and safety, starting solids, baby development, partner support, and grandparent education.
It is designed to be used before birth and then returned to as new questions come up during the first year.
When should I start using the bundle?
Many parents start during the second trimester, around 20 weeks, when there is still time to learn gradually and revisit important topics closer to the due date.
Because the bundle is self-paced, you can move through it in the order that makes the most sense for your pregnancy, schedule, and energy level.
What if I’m due soon?
It is not too late. If your due date is close, start with the most time-sensitive topics first, like childbirth preparation, postpartum recovery, newborn care, feeding basics, safe sleep, infant safety, and CPR.
Then you can come back to baby care, sleep, feeding, solids, milestones, and family support after baby arrives.
Do I have to watch everything in order?
No. You can watch the lessons in order, or you can pick the topics you need most.
Many families start with birth and newborn preparation, then return later for sleep, feeding, starting solids, safety, milestones, and family questions as those stages come up.
How long do I have access?
You get 24 months of access to the bundle.
That gives you time to prepare during pregnancy and continue using the lessons, downloads, and resources throughout your baby’s first year.
Can my partner, grandparents, or caregivers use it too?
Yes. The bundle can be used with the people helping you care for your baby, including partners, grandparents, babysitters, and other caregivers.
The grandparent and family support content is especially helpful for getting everyone on the same page with current safety practices, baby care expectations, feeding, sleep, boundaries, and postpartum support.
Can I ask questions if something comes up?
Yes. Online learning does not mean you are on your own.
If you have a specific question as you move through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, or your baby’s first year, you can email our team. We will answer as clearly and practically as we can and help you use the course content in a way that fits your situation.
Email support is not live or emergency care. For urgent health concerns, contact your healthcare provider or seek emergency care.
Is the bundle HSA/FSA eligible?
Yes. You will receive a detailed receipt for the bundle that you can submit to your HSA or FSA plan administrator.
Plan rules can vary, so we recommend checking with your individual plan if you have questions about reimbursement.
Do you offer financial assistance?
Yes. We offer reduced-cost options for families who need financial assistance, and your healthcare provider may also be able to help cover the cost.
Because our courses require time, resources, and ongoing support to provide, we do ask each family to make an investment when they are able.
