How is this different from one childbirth class?
A childbirth class usually ends at delivery. This bundle includes birth preparation, then keeps going into the parts families most often need help with afterward: postpartum recovery, newborn care, feeding, sleep, infant safety and CPR, starting solids, development, and support for partners and grandparents.
It's designed to use before birth and come back to throughout the first year.
When should I start, and what if I'm due soon?
Many parents start in the second trimester, around 20 weeks, so they can learn gradually. You don't have to watch in order. Pick what matters most right now.
If you're due soon, it's not too late. Start with childbirth, postpartum recovery, newborn care, feeding basics, safe sleep, and infant safety and CPR. Save sleep, solids, milestones, and family topics for after baby arrives.
Is it worth it if this isn't my first baby?
Yes. Safety, sleep, and feeding recommendations change, and every birth and baby is different. Experienced parents can skip what they already know, refresh what's changed, and use the grandparent and Babies, Kids + Dogs lessons to get the whole household ready.
How long do I have access?
24 months. That covers pregnancy and your baby's whole first year, with no subscription. New content is added monthly, and lessons are updated when recommendations change.
Can my partner, grandparents, or caregivers use it too?
Yes. Partner access is included, and many families share lessons with grandparents, babysitters, and other caregivers. The grandparent program is especially helpful for getting everyone on the same page about current safety, feeding, sleep, and postpartum support.

Send it through the platform or by email, as often as you need during your 24 months. We route it to the educator or expert whose background best fits the topic, and you'll hear back within 24 hours. We can also help you make sense of what you're hearing and prepare questions for your provider.
Questions are answered with education, not medical care, and aren't monitored for emergencies. For urgent concerns, contact your healthcare provider or seek emergency care.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
