Dr. Randolph Scott combines a deep understanding of human biology with a passion for creating meaningful and supportive birth experiences. After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in anthropology and a concentration in human biology, Dr. Scott's interest in medicine blossomed during an international neuroscience research fellowship in Leuven, Belgium. He completed pre-med requirements at UNC Chapel Hill, earned his medical degree at East Carolina University Brody School of Medicine, and refined his skills during his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at West Penn Allegheny Health in Pittsburgh.

Returning to the Triangle area with his family, Dr. Scott founded Carolina Elite Women’s Care, where he strives to make every pregnancy and birth experience as magical and empowering as possible. He believes in the profound importance of this fleeting stage in a woman’s life and works tirelessly to ensure each patient feels supported and celebrated.

At home, Dr. Scott lives life to the fullest with his wife and their three energetic sons. Whether it’s initiating epic pillow fights, cheering on the soccer field, or sampling his wife’s latest culinary experiments, he embraces every moment with joy and humor.
