As the owner of Julie Kennedy Nutrition, LLC in Cary, NC, and a provider of medical nutrition therapy at Cary Gastroenterology, Julie specializes in supporting patients with gastrointestinal concerns and overall nutrition goals. She holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Education (M.Ed.) from Georgia State University.
Julie’s professional approach is deeply personal—shaped by her own family’s journey with a sudden celiac diagnosis. As a mom to three active children, she understands the challenges of meal planning and preparation amidst a busy lifestyle. Julie combines her professional expertise with her real-world experience to guide families toward healthier eating habits that support long-term health and well-being.
When she’s not working with patients or clients, Julie enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids in Holly Springs, NC. You’ll often find her cheering at her children’s sports events, running outdoors, or enjoying time with family and friends.
